DirtDash uses location data (addresses and GPS coordinates) to match listings, calculate delivery routes, and confirm pickups and drop-offs. Location data is used only for operational purposes and is not shared with third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction records, e-tickets, and match history are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with Alberta business and tax record-keeping requirements.
When you delete your account, we will remove your personal profile within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
